These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from www.misscoquines.com. By ordering goods from www.misscoquines.com you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is MissCoquines UK, a trading name of BamBridge Limited and referred to as "MissCoquines", "Misscoquines.com","Seller", "we", or "us". Registered office at 148 Fordwych Road, London, NW2 3PA. Registered number 07624713 (England & Wales).

Prices of goods are indicated in pounds and includes all taxes (see section on Shipping & Delivery).

Misscoquines.com reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. The products will be billed based on the price at the time of purchase. Orders will be shipped when payment is received. The total sum of the order is payable in full in one payment.

The customer can order on the website www.misscoquines.com service (available 24/24) or by phone +44 (0) 208 123 6588, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 19 pm.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. If there is lack of availability of one or more items ordered, Misscoquines.com agrees to promptly notify the client. Any unavailable items will be removed from your order and you will be refunded for any unavailable item within 7 working days. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Misscoquines.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order or submit to any form of risk.

All orders placed on the site Misscoquines.com are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), will be prepared and shipped the same day, subject to confirmation of payment(see section on Payment). All orders taken over the weekend or public holidays will be shipped the next available working day.

Deliver is through Royal Mail and we estimate an average of 7 working days from validated payment until delivery.

Return

Misscoquines.com allows customers to return items ordered within 15 days after receipt thereof, subject to the conditions outlined in the paragraph below.

The client must return items at their own cost through Royal Mail using registered delivery. The customer must retain proof of lodgement of the parcel which will be delivered by post. If a shipment is lost, no refund will be made without it.

Exchange

For any exchange, the customer must make the exchange within 15 days after receipt. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were sold.

The client must return items at their own cost through Royal Mail using registered delivery. The customer must retain proof of lodgement of the parcel which will be delivered by post. If a shipment is lost, no refund will be made without it.

If the amount of items to be exchanged is greater than the amount of the initial order, the customer will pay the difference by credit card or PayPal. If payment thereof is made by credit card, the customer must contact us +44 (0) 208 123 6588.

If the amount of items to be exchanged is less than the amount of the initial order, Misscoquines.com will refund the difference within 15 days of receipt of items returned to our office.

State of the goods being returned or exchanged

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were sold.

Upon receipt of the parcel Misscoquines.com reserve the right of judgement as to the condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if returned products have been visibly damaged or used by the client. If the return is denied by Misscoquines.com the products will then be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

In the case of an exchange if returned products have been visibly damaged or used by the client and that such use or damage has made them unfit for sale, Misscoquines.com may carry out any recovery action corresponding to the client.

Reimbursement

Subject to observance of the conditions of return, Misscoquines.com will refund for items returned within 15 days after the reinstatement of these in stock.

Registration

MissCoquines reserves the right to close accounts if any user is seen to be misusing their accounts, or using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupts any of our services in any way.

Submission of material

By submitting any material to us, you automatically grant MissCoquines the royalty-free, perpetual, exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such material (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. You also acknowledge that MissCoquines is not obliged to publish any material submitted by you on any MissCoquines publication. By submitting any material to us, you also agree to the terms and conditions.

Failure to comply

If you fail to abide by these Community Rules, any content posted by you might be removed, deleted or reported. MissCoquines reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any MissCoquines account, at any time, for any reason.

All products offered are in stock. However for some specific products, we are not always able to replenish our stock from our suppliers. Our offer includes therefore within the limits of available stocks and exceptions reported.
The updating of our database products is normally regular. However, products shown are available can sometimes not be at the time of processing your order. Therefore, MissCoquines is not liable for situations where goods are not being available or out of stock.

These Terms are the only conditions applicable to the use of this website and supersede all other conditions, without prior express written consent of Seller. These Terms are both important for you and for us, having been written for a legal contract binds us in protecting your rights as a consumer and our rights as a trade. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to contract with MissCoquines you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. MissCoquines retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

You agree:
1. To use the website for legitimate requests or orders.
2. Not to make orders speculatively, false or fraudulent. If we have reason to believe that such an order was placed, we reserve the right to cancel and inform authorities.
3. You commit to provide an e-mail, postal or any other information to contact you, accurately and precisely and agree that we can use this information to contact you if necessary.
4. If you do not give us all the information we need we will be unable to process your order.
